Awesome 52 inch Cutting Deck and Exmark Hydrostatic mower for commercial or big residential use.
Recent Maintenance:
- Fall of 2013 the spindles were completely gone through and all the bearings were replaced.
- While the spindles were apart they were lubed and are now like new.
- 3 brand new blades only used for a month before winter.
- Every filter on the whole mower was replaced.
- Every fluid was checked, topped off, and/or replaced.
- The mower was winterized.
- During winter the mower was started Every Week and ran for a while.

For sale is a Commercial Exmark Turf Tracer, Hydrostatic, 52 inch cutting deck, triple bladed “walk behind” mower with a single tire Velky included.
I mowed 18 yards commercially but had my 3 year old boy and new baby girl and didn’t want to spend more time away from them.
It’s been a great mower. I’ve never had any issues.
It’s been serviced regularly and was always properly winterized.
